Faculty Services Request System

Welcome to the TDL Service Request System! Using this system, faculty members at TDL member institutions can take advantage of the growing list of online faculty communication services offered by the Texas Digital Library. Eligible members can use the system to both request new services and manage existing services.

What Services Can I Request Using the Service Request System?

Faculty members can use the Service Request System to create Scholarly Blogs, Research Wikis, Conference Web Sites and Electronic Journals. Click on the links below to find out more about each service. To begin the process of requesting a service skip to the 'How Does It Work?' section.

With the Service Request System, faculty can automatically set up Scholarly Blogs, Electronic Journals, Conference Web Sites and Research Wikis and get started using them immediately.

How Does It Work?

To request a TDL faculty communication service please complete the following steps:

  1. Log in to request a service by clicking the link above. Choose your home institution on the following screen. (If you are not a faculty member at one of the listed institutions, you may not be eligible to request a service. Please contact the TDL staff if you have questions about your eligibility.)
  2. Enter your university ID and password to log in.
  3. You will be taken to a list of available services. Simply choose your desired service and fill in the requested information.
